Privacy Policy

What we store when you run an audit
When you run an audit, KeelCadence stores the following in its database and on disk:
- Salesforce Org ID and Org Name
- Run date and time
- The generated Excel audit report file (retained for 90 days)
- Audit status and aggregate findings counts
Your Salesforce username and display name are held only in a signed browser session cookie for the duration of your active session. They are not written to our database.
Your Salesforce Session ID (the bearer token used to call the Salesforce API) is held only in a signed browser session cookie and is never written to our database, report files, or logs. It is discarded when you disconnect or your browser session ends.
What we do not collect
- Salesforce record data (no Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, or other business objects)
- Passwords or credentials of any kind
- Payment card numbers, CVV, or full card details
Payments
Paid report purchases are processed by Stripe. KeelCadence stores only the Stripe Checkout session ID and a paid/unpaid status flag against your audit run. KeelCadence does not store card numbers, CVV, or full payment card details. Stripe may retain your email address and payment information under their own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
Report retention
Audit report files are retained for 90 days from the run date, then permanently deleted. Run metadata (org ID, org name, run date) may be retained for operational purposes beyond that period.
To request early deletion of a report, email support@keelcadence.com with your Report ID.
Google Analytics 4
KeelCadence uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-EK6W2D5FH5) to understand
website traffic, page usage, and high-level audit funnel activity (such as how many
audits are started and completed). GA4 may set analytics cookies in your browser
(_ga, _ga_*).
KeelCadence does not use GA4 to analyze Salesforce audit report contents, Salesforce metadata findings, downloaded workbooks, Salesforce Org IDs, Salesforce usernames, Report IDs, Run IDs, Stripe session IDs, or payment card data. Page URLs containing run IDs or session IDs are sanitized before being sent to GA4.
GA4 is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. You can decline analytics cookies when the banner appears, or change your preference by clearing your browser’s local storage for this site. You may also opt out of Google Analytics tracking via Google’s opt-out add-on.
Other third-party services
KeelCadence uses the following third-party services to operate the site:
- Google Fonts — fonts.googleapis.com serves the Barlow Condensed typeface. Google may log the request.
- unpkg — unpkg.com serves the HTMX library used for live progress polling.
- Stripe — processes payments for paid downloadable reports.
- Replit — hosts and serves this application.
KeelCadence does not use advertising pixels, retargeting pixels, fingerprinting tools, email marketing automation, or behavioral analytics platforms (such as Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, or Hotjar).
How we use stored data
Stored audit data is used to generate and serve your audit report, provide product support, process payments, and improve audit logic and report quality. KeelCadence does not use audit data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data sharing
KeelCadence does not sell personal information. Audit data is shared only with service providers that operate the site (hosting, payment processing). Google receives anonymized usage data via GA4 as described above.
Cookies and session
KeelCadence uses one strictly necessary session cookie (session) to maintain
your Salesforce connection during the audit workflow. This cookie is a signed,
tamper-evident application session cookie and is HTTP-only. It is cleared when you
disconnect or your browser session ends.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 may set _ga and
_ga_* cookies. You can decline these when the banner appears.
Your rights
You may contact KeelCadence to:
- Request deletion of a specific audit report (include your Report ID)
- Ask what data is held about a specific audit run
- Ask privacy-related questions about data handling
Email support@keelcadence.com. For GDPR or CCPA requests, we will respond within 30 days (GDPR) or 45 days (CCPA).
Children
KeelCadence is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
